Studio Apartment.

Area 450 SqMt.

Project Status: Completed 2004

This one bedroom apartment in New Delhi has undergone an extensive transformation, being repurposed into a modern studio apartment. The original layout, characterised by small rooms and low ceilings, necessitated a complete overhaul to maximise space utilisation. By removing masonry walls and installing wood and glass partitions, the apartment now boasts a seamless, open-concept design with a distinct sleeping area that can be secluded at will. Natural stone, clear glass, and wood elements are harmoniously combined throughout, creating a cohesive ambience that seamlessly connects every corner. The abundant use of glass amplifies the sense of spaciousness while promoting unobstructed views. To enhance unity, Yellow Jaisalmer Stone is incorporated as a consistent feature. Notably, vibrant hues punctuate key areas such as the dining zone, workspace, and kitchen, serving as focal points within the overall design scheme. The double hinged folding doors enable the entire space to effortlessly transform into a breezy verandah during favorable weather conditions.
